The same valve, less overhead.

India and Japan produce some of the most technically capable industrial valves in the world. Many of these manufacturers hold the same API, ISO, and ASME certifications as domestic foundries and have decades of export history to the US, Europe, and the Middle East.

The difference is cost structure. Lower labor costs, vertically integrated foundries, and favorable exchange rates allow these manufacturers to produce identical-specification valves at a fraction of domestic pricing. We bring those savings to US buyers while handling all of the complexity of international procurement: logistics, customs, inspection, and documentation.

Every valve we sell comes with complete material traceability, third-party pre-shipment inspection, and a full documentation package. You get the same quality assurance you would expect from a domestic supplier, at a significantly lower price point.

From specification to delivery.

Step 01

Specification Review

You send us your valve specifications, bill of materials, or project requirements. We review for completeness and confirm the technical details with our manufacturing partners.

Step 02

Competitive Quotation

We provide a landed-cost quotation within 24 hours, including all duties, freight, inspection, and documentation. No hidden costs. The price we quote is the price you pay.

Step 03

Manufacturing and Inspection

Once you place a purchase order, manufacturing begins at our certified partner facility. A third-party inspector verifies dimensions, material, hydrostatic test results, and documentation before the shipment is released.

Step 04

Delivery to Your Dock

We manage ocean freight, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery. Your valves arrive at your warehouse or jobsite with a complete quality documentation package ready for your project file.

Third-party verified on every order.

We do not ship product that has not been independently inspected. Every order goes through a third-party pre-shipment inspection (PSI) at the manufacturer's facility before being released for shipment. This includes dimensional verification, hydrostatic testing per API 598, material verification by positive material identification (PMI), and visual inspection of surface finish and markings.

Our inspection partners include internationally recognized firms with dedicated valve inspection teams operating full-time at the manufacturing facilities we work with. Inspection reports, photographs, and test certificates are provided with every shipment.

The documentation package on every order includes material test reports per EN 10204 3.1 with full heat number traceability, hydrostatic test certificates, dimensional inspection reports, certificates of origin, and mill certificates for all pressure-retaining components.

Established manufacturers with proven track records.

We work exclusively with manufacturers who meet our qualification criteria: a minimum of 10 years in business, active API and ISO certifications, documented export history to the United States or Europe, and the ability to produce complete material traceability documentation.

Our manufacturing partners in India include foundries in the Gujarat industrial corridor (Ahmedabad, Rajkot, and Vadodara) and the western Maharashtra region, which together represent one of the largest concentrations of valve manufacturing capacity in the world. Our Japanese partners include established valve companies with decades of export experience and a reputation for precision manufacturing.

We conduct periodic quality audits and maintain ongoing relationships with each manufacturing partner to ensure consistency across orders. New suppliers go through a trial order with enhanced inspection before being added to our approved manufacturer list.
